Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times (Australia): Orders are delivered within 10–20 business days after dispatch.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delays: While we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to high demand, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.

International shipping: Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Lost or damaged orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bellavi.com.au and we'll make it right.
