Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, 
excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times (Australia):
- Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
- Express shipping: 5–10 business days

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once 
your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to 
update after dispatch.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location 
and selected shipping method.

Delays:
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur 
due to high demand, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. 
We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

International shipping:
Currently, we only ship within Australia.

Lost or damaged orders:
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, or arrives 
damaged, contact us at glowhaussupport@gmail.com and we'll make 
it right.
