REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Bellavi, we want you to love what you ordered. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all tags, and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty devices and personal care items can only be returned if they are unused and remain in their original, unopened packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, contact us at hello@bellavi.com.au. Please do not ship items back before contacting us. Return shipping addresses vary by product and will be provided by email once your return request has been approved.

If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards, sale items, and any personal care product that has been opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
